Form, a multi-residential beach side apartment project is our third successful collaboration with M/Group south of Fremantle.
These modern beachside apartments are situated within the Port Coogee Marina giving the residents views of the ocean and landscaped parks with South Beach and Fremantle only minutes away. Characterised by interlocking balconies and differentiated by height this building is an urban form that cleverly captures the surrounding vistas giving the residents an uncompromising lifestyle.
The project consists of 50 apartments, distributed into 3 apartment blocks, to establish a courtyard configuration. The largest, 5 storey block has North aspect and the 3 storey West facing apartments with uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean.
