The team at With_ come from varied backgrounds and bring with them a wealth of experience and talents. Last Friday we were treated to a long-table lunch from our extremely talented Architectural Intern, Nic Kotsoglo @nicholastickolas A professional Chef by trade, Nic pulled out all the stops and delivered the With_ team and friends an unbelievable Mediterranean meze style lunch. Highlights were MANY but the Beef Cheek in Red Wine and Port as well as the Citrus and Meringue dessert were out of this world. Great to have you on the team Nic!
